Quang Nguyen is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience across various leading companies. Currently serving as Director of MetaAI Data Science at Meta, Quang focuses on personalization within Meta Superintelligence Labs. Previous roles include Head of Data at IKASI AI, where Causal ML models were designed and deployed, and Head of Core Data Science at Coinbase, overseeing centralized data science functions. At Lyft, Quang led Data Science for Revenue Operations, optimizing market spend and strategic initiatives. As Vice President at Kopo Kopo Inc, leadership of a 50+ person team focused on mobile financial services across Africa was achieved, including the launch of the world's first merchant cash advance service using mobile payments. Quang's earlier experience includes investment work as a Partner at Marka, leadership at the Clinton Health Access Initiative to enhance HIV service delivery, and several analytical roles at Capital One. Quang holds a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, with initial research experience in medical device design.
