Haroon Javed

Haroon Javed is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in telephony and application management. Currently serving as Program Architect and Senior Manager of IT Application at Afiniti since May 2017, Haroon oversees simulation endorsement management for various contact centers and supports the worldwide deployment of Afiniti Telephony Services. Previously, as IT Enterprise Services Lead at stc, Haroon managed IP Telephony and contact center operations. Haroon's career also includes significant roles at Warid Telecom, where responsibilities ranged from managing IT operations to overseeing voice and data architecture, and as a Telephony Engineer at TRG, successfully configuring Asterisk systems across multiple international locations. Haroon holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Telecommunications from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology.
