Thiago Lobo is an experienced professional in service delivery and project management, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Service Delivery at Afiniti since November 2022, where responsibilities include managing service operations, overseeing business continuity, leading LATAM solution support, and driving performance improvements through data analysis. Previously, Lobo held the position of Delivery Manager at EIS Ltd, where focus was on hiring teams and maintaining SLAs. Lobo also contributed to Afiniti as Director of Global Service Delivery, achieving significant business growth, and has a background in telecommunications from Telefónica Brasil, along with earlier roles in software development.
