Lisa Baxter

Lisa Baxter currently serves as the Head of Reward UKI at Flutter Entertainment Plc, a position held since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Sky Betting & Gaming, where Lisa worked as an Agile Delivery Manager in People & Culture and as People Operations Manager from June 2016 to June 2022. Lisa held the position of HR Manager at Warburtons from November 2013 to June 2016 and served as an HR Business Partner at Hallmark Cards from August 2011 to November 2013. Previous roles at Nestlé spanned several titles including Human Resources Business Partner and Learning and Development Specialist, following a successful completion of the HR graduate scheme over two years. Early career experiences include positions as Resourcing Advisor at Asda Stores Ltd and Trainee HR Manager at Marks and Spencer. Lisa earned a BA 1st Class (Hons) in Management Studies with CIPD from the University of Leeds.
