Andre Philemon currently serves as the Director of Facilities & Building Operations at AFL-CIO since February 2022, while also managing operations as Building Manager for the Democratic National Committee since April 2011. In these roles, Andre oversees daily operations, financial reporting, capital improvements, and staff management within commercial office spaces. As the Owner and Property Manager of Philemon Properties since 2009, Andre shares a vision for property management. Previous experience includes serving as Property Manager at Cassidy Turley from February 2005 to April 2011 and as Assistant Property Manager at First Washington Realty, Inc. from 2001 to 2006. Andre holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of Maryland.
