Ben Smith

Ben Smith is an experienced professional in player development, currently serving as the General Manager of Player Development at the AFL Players' Association since May 2018. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of National Manager of Player Development and Wellbeing at the Australian Cricketers' Association from September 2005 to June 2018. Ben's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma in Counselling from Victoria University, obtained between 2011 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Monash University, completed from 1990 to 1993.
