Christina Baker

Christina Baker is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, particularly in the mortgage and insurance sectors. Currently serving as VP of Strategy and Resolution at Aflac, Christina has been instrumental in supporting over $1 billion in sales of Voluntary Benefit Insurance, driving operational efficiencies, and enhancing employee engagement. Prior positions include executive roles at Academy Mortgage Corporation, where Christina managed over 200 employees and oversaw significant financial operations, and First Cal as VP of National Operations, managing mortgage processing. Christina's career began in the US Army as an Adjutant General Officer, where service included a 13-month deployment in Iraq. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Law from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University.
