Crystal Sykes

Crystal Sykes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and program management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Program Management at Aflac since October 2021, Crystal builds and advances engineering strategies for testing applications and digital products, while also managing team development through coaching and training. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Empowered, where metrics and best practices were established, and Project Test Manager at both Wells Fargo and Bank of America, focusing on testing activities within the payments space. Crystal has also held positions as QA Lead at TD and Senior QA Analyst at Infor, among others, demonstrating a strong background in project management and quality assurance across various sectors. Educational credentials include an Associate degree in liberal arts from The City University of New York and a Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College.
