Olivia Linson

Olivia Linson, MBA, FLMI, has been with Aflac since October 2010, currently serving as the Director of Platform Services and Support Operations. In this capacity, Olivia leads and mentors team members on operational plan implementation, conducts risk assessments, and manages variances in time, budget, and quality. Prior roles include Sr. Manager of Business Process Transformation, where Olivia optimized and automated business processes, and Sr. Manager of Enrollment Transformation, focusing on operationalizing strategic plans for Business Process Reengineering. Previous experience includes positions as Sr. Manager of National Enrollment and Manager of Enrollment Services and Solutions, demonstrating a strong background in supporting enrollment operations and developing strategic business plans. Olivia also served as a Business Operations Manager and Industry Consultant prior to 2010. Educational credentials include an Executive Leadership Certification from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
