Ana Barrera

Ana Barrera has held various roles throughout their work experience. Ana started their career as the Head Trader at the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia from 1999 to 2002. Ana then worked at Lehman Brothers as an Interest Rates Derivatives Structurer from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they joined Nomura International as an Executive Director, Interest Rates Derivatives Structurer from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they became the Director - Housing for All at Ashoka until 2013. In the same year, they founded and became the CEO of Aflore. Additionally, they serve as a Board Member at Juan Valdez Café starting from 2019.
