Beverly Vince

Beverley Vince is HR and Operations Director. As a member of the Senior Management team, she is responsible for HR, IT, and Office Facilities. Beverley joined AFME in June 2011 and in her role works to ensure close alignment between its people and business objectives. Her responsibilities include the development, delivery, and implementation of long-term HR strategy both in the London office and in the offices in Brussels and Frankfurt. Before joining AFME, Beverley held a senior HR role in one of the UK’s leading health and social care organizations, providing specialist services to people involved with substance misuse. Prior to that, she worked as an HR Business Partner for several independent insurance brokerages driving people strategies and delivering operating efficiencies. Beverley is a CIPD Fellow with a Master's qualification in Organisational Design and Development.
