Chip Tubbs

Chip Tubbs is a seasoned professional in the mortgage underwriting and legal fields, currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter at American Financial Network since April 2020. Previous experience includes roles at SourceTek as CSC, Cardinal Financial Company as a Mortgage Underwriter, and USAA Real Estate Company, where Chip held the position of Mortgage Underwriter for five years. Prior to this, Chip worked at USAA as a Mortgage Fulfillment Closer, facilitating the closing of loans, and at Bryant, Davis & Cowden, P.C. as an Attorney, overseeing legal claims and supervising associate attorneys. Chip holds a Juris Doctorate from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Valdosta State University.
