Marianne Georgelin

Marianne Georgelin has extensive experience in legal and policy roles, currently serving as Legal Director and Head of Legal & Policy at Afnic since January 2018. Prior to this, Marianne held various positions at Afnic from 2007 to 2017, including Senior Policy Manager and Legal Counsel, where responsibilities included drafting contracts and negotiating with clients. Earlier career experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at VALEO, managing legal operations for subsidiaries globally, and at Cable & Wireless, where contract development and corporate social responsibility advice were primary duties. Marianne holds multiple advanced degrees in law from esteemed institutions including Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and Utrecht University, and has completed arbitration training at the Paris Mediation & Arbitration Centre.
