Alain Bobant

Alain Bobant serves as the Honorary Chairman and former Chairman of the Fédération Nationale des Tiers de Confiance (FNTC), having held leadership roles since 2002. Bobant is also the Chairman of the NF 544 Mark Committee at AFNOR Certification and has been a contributor to AFNOR since 2002, participating in various standardization commissions. As a member of the French delegation to ISO TC171 since 2008, Bobant contributed to the development of international standards. Notably, Bobant designed the 'Vigilia' unit for the French National Chamber of Bailiffs and authored works on electronic communication in the bailiff profession. Bobant has also held teaching positions at several universities since 1999. Educational qualifications include a D.E.S. in Political Sciences and a Master in Private Law from Université de Poitiers.
