Emmanuel Faivre

Emmanuel FAIVRE has extensive experience in the field of diagnostics, particularly related to asbestos and lead, serving as Responsable Technique at MANEXI DIAGNOSTICS since January 1998. With expertise in regulatory compliance and conducting diagnostics before major renovation or demolition projects, Emmanuel has contributed to groups at AFNOR and has been actively involved in visual inspections and the development of operational procedures for real estate diagnostics. Additional competencies include air sampling strategies, training on asbestos and lead regulations, technical advisory for real estate purchases, and various property diagnostics. Emmanuel holds several certifications, including certified asbestos surveyor and electrical habilitations. Since November 2019, Emmanuel has also served as President of the AFNOR normalization committee on diagnostics in built properties. Prior to this, a role as a technician at The Dow Chemical Company involved optimizing electrical networks in timber-framed houses. Educational qualifications include a Post DUT in Climate Engineering and a DUT in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Climate Engineering.
