Fabrice Furlan

Fabrice Furlan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of micro-mobility and sports product development. As the Founder and CEO of Plume since March 2019 and President of the Fédération des Professionnels de la Micro-Mobilité since June 2018, Fabrice has been instrumental in promoting portable light electric vehicles in France. Additionally, Fabrice serves as an expert in the CEN/TC 354/WG 4 working group for AFNOR Certification, focusing on the EN17128 standard for personal light electric vehicles. Previously, Fabrice held various roles at Decathlon France, culminating as the Director of OXELO, where strategic and marketing decisions for sports products were formulated. With a solid educational background including an ongoing MBA in Management, Fabrice combines technical expertise with managerial skills to drive innovation in the industry.
