Nicolas Blanchard

Nicolas Blanchard has extensive experience in engineering and maintenance, serving as Responsable pole Ingenierie Maintenance at CDC Habitat since September 2008. Blanchard holds roles related to safety, prevention, and equipment within the same organization. Additionally, Nicolas has been President of a committee at AFNOR Certification since November 2017 and is involved with SOCOTEC as a certification committee member focusing on real estate diagnostics. Blanchard has also participated as a member of the AMIANTE Commission at QUALIBAT since 2011. Earlier career experience includes working as an Inspecteur de gérance at GROUPE ARCADE from 1996 to 1999.
