Ricardo Garcia

Ricardo Garcia is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in project management and design. Currently serving as a Board Director at Afognak Native Corporation since June 2021, Ricardo has also held the position of Project Manager at David Evans and Associates, Inc. since April 2015. Prior roles include Project Engineer at Psomas from November 2002 to April 2015, where responsibilities involved managing commercial, residential, transportation, and renewable energy projects, as well as coordinating with various stakeholders. Ricardo began their career as a Staff Engineer at MWH Global, progressing from field engineer duties. An alumnus of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Ricardo earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2001.
