Christophe Elebaut

Christophe Elebaut has extensive experience in recruitment and training, currently holding the position of Chargé de recrutement - Conseil en formation at AFPA since September 2018. Previously, Christophe served as Responsable d’exploitation et recrutement at IRIS sécurité and was involved in running a sailing school from July 1979 to April 2018. A long tenure with the Gendarmerie Nationale spanned from February 1983 to December 2016, where responsibilities included managing a recruitment team, establishing partnerships with universities and employment services, and conducting conferences. Educational qualifications include a Maître d'apprentissage in advisory roles from AFPA and the status of Officier de police judiciaire from the Gendarmerie Nationale, alongside a Brevet d'état éducateur sportif in sailing.
