Laurence Bichon

Laurence Bichon has extensive experience in communication marketing and program coordination, currently serving as Responsable communication marketing and Responsable Accompagnement des Parcours at AFPA since September 2004. Responsibilities include managing a team of 15 across two sites in Loire Atlantique, overseeing candidate sourcing and recruitment, promoting service offerings, establishing partnerships with local employment stakeholders, and leading various support programs. Prior to this role, Laurence was project coordinator for the Industry training platform, focusing on operational implementation and partner engagement. Additionally, from September 2013 to 2015, Laurence was Responsable pédagogique at E2C Nantes Saint-Nazaire, managing the recruitment process and supporting trainees' educational journeys. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Management and Administration from IEMN-IAE and a Master's degree in Modern Literature from Nantes Université.
