Valerie Warin Caumont

Valerie WARIN CAUMONT has extensive experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as Chargée de Mission RH at AFPA since June 2006, where responsibilities include recruitment, career management, and change management. Previously, Valerie held roles at AREP as Coordinatrice pédagogique in the Sanitary and Social Sector and as a trainer for inclusion from February 2003 to May 2006. Valerie's career began at Devineau Industrie de la Chimie, where a position as Adjointe Directeur d'Exploitation was held from September 1991 to June 2002. Valerie's educational background includes a Licensed Human Element Practitioner certification from 2018, a professional training degree from AFPA in 2003, and a Level III Technico-Commercial certification from CCI Nantes in 1991.
