Rachel Stanley

Rachel Stanley has over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Rachel started their career as an offshore production engineer and has since held positions of increasing responsibility, including project manager, team lead, and asset manager.

Most recently, Rachel was the Transformation Director at Ithaca Energy, where they were responsible for leading the company's transformation initiatives. Prior to that, they were the Asset Manager at Chevron, where they were responsible for managing the Captain Field asset.

Rachel has a proven track record of delivering results and driving change within organizations. Rachel is an expert in reservoir engineering and has a passion for developing long-term strategies for sustainable growth.

Rachel Stanley has a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
