Shari Marchal

Shari Marchal is the Vice President of Underwriting- DE/VA. LAPP SAR at American Financial Resources, Inc. Shari has a strong background in underwriting FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, USDA, and conventional loans. With over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, Shari has managed teams of underwriters, analyzed quality control reports, and implemented policies and procedures for underwriting. Their previous roles include Senior Underwriter at Lehman Brothers and Underwriting Assistant at Homecomings Financial. Shari holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Johnson & Wales University.
