Boris Faucher

Boris graduated from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montreal, Canada and is a CFA charterholder. He is a finance professional with more than 19 years of experience in corporate finance with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and over 11 years in the banking industry, in both developed and emerging markets.

Boris joined the National Bank of Canada in 2011 in the Strategy and Corporate Development team where he worked on various bank acquisition projects and strategic planning mandates. Starting in 2015, he participated in the elaboration of the international investment strategy, playing a key role in acquiring and overseeing minority and majority equity investments in various financial institutions in Asia and Africa.
