Ashika Maken is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on human resources management and support. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Africa Data Centres since November 2019, Ashika previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Liquid Telecom, contributing to talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development. Prior to that, Ashika was an HR Practitioner at Mweb Business and served as Human Resources Manager at Blake Holdings, where leadership of a team ensured effective HR operations. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Human Resources Management & Training from IIE Varsity College and a Matric from Foresthaven Secondary.
