Dan Kwach

Dan Kwach has extensive work experience in the technology industry, specifically in data centers. Dan started their career at Kenya Data Networks in 2006, where they held various roles including Network Operations Control Engineer and Operations Team Leader. Dan then became a Team Leader for 2nd Line Support, responsible for network support. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Product Manager for Data Center, where they were responsible for bringing a product to market.

In 2012, Kwach joined East Africa Data Centre as a Data Center Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and management of the data center.

From 2014 to 2021, they worked for Africa Data Centres, first as General Manager, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategy, and later as Managing Director for the East Africa Region, where they led the sales strategy and ensured maximum return on invested capital. Overall, Kwach has demonstrated expertise in data center management, sales strategy, and operations throughout their career.

Dan Kwach has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in IT from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). Dan also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Technology from the University of Liverpool. Additionally, they are an Accredited Tier Specialist certified by the Uptime Institute and has obtained the CDCP certification from EXIN. Dan is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Birmingham, which is expected to be completed in 2025.
