James O. Maduekeh, MBA (Oxon) has extensive work experience in the finance and banking industry. James O. is currently the Head of Treasury Client Solutions for the Africa Region at Africa Finance Corporation, where they lead the Treasury Client Solutions business, de-risking infrastructure projects and delivering innovative client solutions. Prior to this, they served as a Non-Executive Director Board Member and Co-Founder at Moreva Capital.

James has also held significant roles at Financial Markets Dealers Association as the Past Vice Chairman - Swaps & Derivatives Workgroup for Nigeria, Standard Chartered Bank as Director & AGM for Banks & Broker Dealers, FM Sales West Africa, Standard Bank Group as Senior Manager for Global Markets West Africa, UBA Group as Head of Structured Products, Rand Merchant Bank as a Transactor in Debt Capital Markets, Merrill Lynch as a Senior Analyst in Global Markets, and Marex as a Derivatives Trader. James O. began their career as a Chemical Engineer at Acordis Cellulosic Fibers.

James O. Maduekeh, MBA (Oxon), obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from UCL. Subsequently, they pursued an Executive MBA from the Said Business School at the University of Oxford, completing the program in 2020.
