CCO at Africa Logistic Properties

Dean has 8 years’ real estate experience in sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to joining ALP, Dean was the head of commercial sales for Kenya’s first satellite city development (Tatu City). At Tatu City, he successfully led a team in the delivery of the 450 acre industrial precinct and successfully launched an additional 500 acres (phase 2). Prior to which, during his tenure at JT Ross Developments South Africa, Dean was involved in the development of the Plumbago Business & Logistics Parks which were supported by tenants including DB Schenker, Caterpillar, DHL and Kuehne & Nagel.
