Franklin Ofoegbu has a diverse work experience in various companies. Franklin began their career as a Marketing Executive at AIICO INSURANCE PLC, where they successfully improved sales performance and acquired new customers. Franklin then moved on to Meristem Registrars Ltd, where they played a key role in setting up the company and growing its client base. At Afribank Registrars Limited, they led a team that handled a major Initial Public Offering in Nigeria. Franklin also served as a Branch Manager at Mainstreet Bank Registrars Limited, overseeing branch operations and coordinating company activities in the Northern Region of Nigeria. Currently, they are working as the Head of Corporate Services at Africa Prudential Plc, where they are responsible for various functions such as administration, regulatory compliance, and facility management. Franklin Ofoegbu holds an MBA, MPIA, ACIPM, ACILRM, MPMI, FCMR.

Franklin Ofoegbu holds a Master's degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Lagos, completed in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an Executive MBA in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, with a start year of 2005 and an end year of 2008. Franklin also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Abia State University, completed in 2001. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications including being an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk Management, a Full Member of the Portfolio Management Institute (Chartered), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), and a Fellow of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars. Franklin is also a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Administration.
