Liz has also worked at Virgin Active, where they served as a Sales and Membership Manager and achieved significant improvements in sales and customer care. Liz Hoyland (FCIPD) obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield, attending from 1999 to 2002. Liz then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University, completing the program between 2006 and 2009.
Apart from their formal education, Liz Hoyland holds additional certifications. In February 2022, they received the Strengthscope Master Certificate from Strengthscope®, an institution that specializes in strengths-based assessments. In May 2017, they obtained the Savilles/BPS part A and B qualification from The British Psychological Society.
