Stephanie O. Oluyide currently serves as Grant Manager for the Strategic Support to Targeted States (SSTS) Project at the Africa Resource Center for Excellence in Supply Chain Management (ARC_ESM) since March 2021, ensuring alignment with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's vision. In their role as Manager of the Private Sector Membership (PSM) Platform, responsibilities include expanding the platform, facilitating Public-Private Partnerships, and overseeing resource mobilization initiatives. Previously, Stephanie worked at the Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria in various partnership management roles, developing relationships with private sector partners. Additional experience includes positions as an Occupational Health Officer at Forte Oil Nigeria and Medical Officer roles in healthcare settings, with formal education culminating in a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Birmingham and a Medical degree from Trinity College Dublin.

The Africa Resource Center for Excellence in Supply chain Management (ARC_ESM) has positioned itself as a trusted and thought partner on supply chain initiatives. The Center has adopted a theory of change that outlines a vision to complement other actors to accelerate and sustain improvement in key supply chain outcomes. The ARC_ESM’s approach is anchored around mobilizing private sector capabilities, leveraging local and international talent and expertise to strengthen supply chains to improve the availability of health commodities in the public sector. ARC_ESM has been in operation in Nigeria since the year 2016 and within a relatively short time, secured a dominant space in the Nigerian public health supply system. Vision: To achieve equitable access to medicines and healthcare commodities across Nigeria Mission: To be the leading resource platform to the Federal and State Governments in Nigeria, providing access to supply chain expertise, financing, and solutions to improve public health. ARC_ESM works through three (3) key service areas that collectively leverage supply chain expertise, tools, and capabilities to support performance improvements in the public health system. They include (i) Thought Leadership (ii) Advisory and (iii) Brokering. ARC_ESM has three (3) resource platforms that support its service areas. They are (i) Private Sector Membership (PSM) (ii) Center of Excellence and (iii) Hub for Supply Chain Innovation. ARC_ESM is therefore committed to supporting various government agencies and parastatals at National and Sub-National levels including the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), to achieve their supply chain transformational goals.
