Mor Bakhoum is an accomplished legal scholar and practitioner with extensive experience in intellectual property and competition law. Currently serving as Secrétaire Technique at the Secrétariat Technique du Comité National de Suivi du Contenu Local (ST-CNSCL) since June 2024, Mor Bakhoum holds multiple positions including Head of the Research Partner Group at the Université numérique Cheikh Hamidou KANE and Interim Director of the Ecole Doctorale Pluridisciplinaire de l'UVS. Additional roles include Head of Research and Innovation at the Université virtuelle du Sénégal, Coordinator of the Master Program in Private Law, and Lecturer. Mor Bakhoum has also been affiliated with various institutions such as Africa University, Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar, the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center, and the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, contributing as a faculty lecturer and research fellow. The educational background includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Intellectual Property Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a PhD in Law from the University of Lausanne, complemented by various degrees in economic and business law.
