Masego Moeletsi

Masego Moeletsi is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic leadership and human capital management. Currently serving as the Head of Human Capital at African Bank since May 2014, Masego focuses on strategy development and implementation, talent management, and organizational development. Previously, Masego held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Absa Bank from September 2010 to May 2014 and worked as an HR Business Partner at both Standard Bank and Absa Bank. Masego began the career as an HR Generalist at Sasria Insurance. Masego holds an Executive Programme degree in Human Resources from Stellenbosch Business School and an MBA in Human Resources from Mancosa.
