Clinton Voskuil

Clinton Voskuil is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Capital Shared Services at Sanlam since July 2022. Prior to this role, Clinton held various significant positions, including Head of Talent and HR Business Partnering and Head of Talent Management at Santam Insurance from November 2018 to June 2022. Clinton's extensive career also includes leadership roles such as Vice President: People for Africa and the Middle East at Sage, Group General Manager HR at MultiChoice, and General Manager HR at MWEB. Early experience includes HR management positions at Philip Morris International and SABMiller, where Clinton served as an HR Specialist. Clinton possesses a BA Honours in Industrial Relations from the University of Port Elizabeth and a Bachelor of Social Science in Sociology from the University of Cape Town.
