Olivier Breteche

Olivier Breteche is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international development finance and program management. Currently serving as a Principal Country Program Officer at the African Development Bank Group since September 2009, Olivier has a strong background in technical assistance and program management, having previously held the position of Technical Assistance Officer for FEMIP at the European Investment Bank from April 2008 to September 2009 and Program Manager at the European Commission from September 1994 to March 2008. Olivier holds a Master's degree in Économie from SDA Bocconi, earned between 1992 and 1993.
