Yao Etienne Kouadio

Yao Etienne KOUADIO is a highly experienced professional currently serving as Division Manager of the Programming and Budget Division at the African Development Bank Group since October 2001. KOUADIO has held various leadership positions, including Acting Director of Budget, where responsibilities included leading budget planning and implementing the Development and Business Delivery Model. As Chief Budget Officer, KOUADIO supervised the budget infrastructure and policy, developed a comprehensive budget manual, and updated strategic assessments. Earlier roles include Principal Budget Officer, focusing on automating budgeting processes, and Director at CREGE, where management skills were applied to reorganize the company and oversee multiple projects. KOUADIO holds a Master's in International Finance and an IT Engineering degree, supplemented by additional management training from Harvard Extension School.
