Tia Berry

Tia Berry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and project coordination. Currently serving as Senior Management at the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI) since May 2017, Tia has previously held roles including Community Center Manager for the Town of Vienna, VA Government from July 2019 to July 2023, and Project Manager for Learning and Development at PwC from September 2022 to May 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Rental Account Manager at Heubel Shaw, Account Manager at Games Workshop Ltd, and Business Development Specialist at Kele, Inc. Tia earned a Bachelor of Liberal Studies with a focus on Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from The University of Memphis in August 2004.
