Nicholas B.

Nicholas B. currently serves as the Chief Operations and Programs Officer at the African Diaspora Network, where the focus is on advancing operational excellence and fostering entrepreneurial growth in Africa and its diaspora. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Deputy Vice President for Congressional and Public Affairs at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, providing strategic direction on public and congressional affairs. With extensive experience at USAID, Nicholas served as Managing Director, overseeing private sector engagement, and held leadership roles in partnership building and innovation. Additional roles include director positions at the Peace Corps and UNCF Special Programs Corporation, as well as program development at the Council for Opportunity in Education and the Children's Defense Fund. Nicholas holds a B.S. in Biology from Morehouse College and an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University.
