Duncan MacLachlan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, consulting, and community health program management. As the Founder of BeMoreU since November 2017, Duncan has focused on empowering individuals and organizations. Currently serving on the Advisory Board for the African Diversity and Inclusion Center, Duncan's prior role as Chief of Staff at the Ontario HIV Treatment Network involved enhancing HR procedures and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment for health agencies across Ontario. Duncan also directed community health programs at the AIDS Committee of Toronto, significantly impacting a diverse population. In terms of education, Duncan holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Economics and Management from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School and a CELTA certificate from Cambridge University Press & Assessment.
