Jowayne assists the Board to protect and manage the Company’s financial position with the assistance of the audit and risk committee.
He supervises and reviews the financial statements to ensure they are fairly presented and contain the requisite disclosures. Jowayne plays the overseer role to ensure the appropriate internal controls and regulatory compliance policies and processes are in place and that non-financial aspects relevant to the business of the Company are identified.
