Alson Nhari

Alson Nhari is an accomplished professional in the field of business development and risk management, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at African Export-Import Bank since March 2023. Previously, Alson held the position of Head of Business Development at Tropical Reinsurance Company from January 2020 to March 2023, and served as Head of Operations at WFDR Risk Services between September 2015 and January 2020. Alson's extensive expertise is complemented by significant roles in various organizations, including Regional Manager at Marsh & McLennan Companies and Portfolio Manager at Alexander Forbes. Alson's educational background includes an MBA from Africa University, an Executive Development Programme from Wits Business School, and several advanced qualifications in insurance and strategic management.
