Abinesh P

Abinesh P is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll processing and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Payroll Processing at African Industries since December 2015, Abinesh manages the monthly payroll for 33 business units, liaises with unit heads, and compiles payroll data. Previously, Abinesh held the position of Senior Executive HR at Scipl from November 2012 to July 2015, overseeing onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and statutory compliance, along with recruitment and selection tasks. Abinesh holds a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics from Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Technology, a Master’s in Labour Management from Annamalai University, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Technology/Pondicherry University.
