Matthew McManus

Matthew McManus is a seasoned professional in the fields of quality assurance and customer support, currently serving as the FinCrime Quality Assurance Project Manager at Wise since October 2019. In this role, Matthew leads a team of Quality Specialists to assess and enhance the performance of FinCrime teams, including managing global projects and coaching within the quality assurance framework. Previously, Matthew held various leadership positions at Wise, including EMEA Senior Team Lead, where oversight of a large customer support team was a key responsibility. Prior to joining Wise, Matthew gained experience as a GIS Technician at TerraQuest, a Lecturer at South Eastern Regional College, and an Assistant Scientific Officer at the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Queen's University Belfast and a Higher National Diploma in Biology from South Eastern Regional College.
