Jessica Udo

Jessica Udo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jessica is currently working as a Program Manager in the Data Insights team at Microsoft, where they aim to provide engineering insights and empower teams to improve productivity and compliance. Jessica is also the Chair of Africans at Microsoft, leading a global employee network to create a diverse and inclusive culture while supporting the development of Africans at Microsoft.

In the past, Jessica has worked as a Program Manager at Microsoft for Azure DevOps Boards, where they led a team of software developers using Agile development frameworks. Jessica has also worked as the Head of Product and a Program Manager at the African Impact Initiative, where they managed various projects and the African Impact Challenge.

Additionally, Jessica has experience in the tech industry as a Founding 200 Member at Product School, where they networked with product professionals and gained exclusive educational resources. Jessica also gained experience in the purchasing department at Nova Bus as a Buyer Intern and as a Sound Intern at Church 21.

Jessica Udo completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Software Engineering from McGill University from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Secondary School Leaving Certificate in Sciences and Technical Knowledge from Loyola Jesuit College from 2008 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Jessica has also obtained several certifications. In January 2020, they obtained the "Cert Prep: Certified Scrum Master" certification from LinkedIn. In February 2020, they obtained the "Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)" certification from Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, in April 2017, Jessica obtained the "Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (W.H.M.I.S.)" certification from McGill University Environmental Health and Safety.
