Jessica Udo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jessica is currently working as a Program Manager in the Data Insights team at Microsoft, where they aim to provide engineering insights and empower teams to improve productivity and compliance. Jessica is also the Chair of Africans at Microsoft, leading a global employee network to create a diverse and inclusive culture while supporting the development of Africans at Microsoft.

In addition to their formal education, Jessica has also obtained several certifications. In January 2020, they obtained the "Cert Prep: Certified Scrum Master" certification from LinkedIn. In February 2020, they obtained the "Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)" certification from Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, in April 2017, Jessica obtained the "Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (W.H.M.I.S.)" certification from McGill University Environmental Health and Safety.
