Lisa Macharia has worked in a variety of roles in the technology and business industries. Lisa began their career in 2015 as a Business Development Intern at STANLIB. In 2016, they worked as a Research Analyst and Research Analyst Intern at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics. In 2018, they became a Business Development Lead at Duara Systems Limited. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Program Manager at Tellistic Technology Services, an Associate Product Manager at Banqr, and a Growth Incubator Program (GrIP) Cohort Participant at Product Manager Africa. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Learning Program Product Manager at African Leadership Group.
Lisa Macharia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Science in Financial Economics from Strathmore University between 2012 and 2016. Lisa also holds a One Week Product Manager Certificate from Product Manager HQ, which they obtained in April 2021.
