Joaquín Ayuso de Paul

Joaquín Ayuso de Paul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fintech and digital banking. Currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Zero Hash since January 2024, Joaquín also holds advisory roles at A&G, Ntropy, and Lago Finance. Previously, Joaquín led Nium Labs as the Head of Nium from January 2020 to September 2023, focusing on crypto and Web3 services. Joaquín founded and served as CEO of Rayo Neobank, aimed at improving banking experiences for immigrants and underserved populations, and was the CEO of Denizen Financial, which innovated banking for expatriates. Early career highlights include an Entrepreneur in Residence role at BBVA and founding Kuapay Technologies, which established significant mobile payment operations in Latin America.
