Samuel Kofi Amakyi has extensive work experience in the finance and operations sector. Samuel Kofi began their career in 2008 as a Relationship Manager at United Bank of Africa (Ghana) Limited. In 2011, they moved to NatWest Group as a Process Improvement Analyst - Retail Processing Operations. In 2013, they were appointed as the Strategy & Execution Lead at First Atlantic Bank Ghana. In 2018, they joined The African Leadership University as Director of Transformation, Enterprise Performance Manager, and People Process & Analytics Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Development Operations and Finance at African Leadership Group.
Samuel Kofi Amakyi obtained a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from Kwame Nkrumah'\u200b University of Science and Technology, Kumasi between 2003 and 2007. Samuel Kofi then went on to pursue an MSc in Management and Investment Strategy at Nottingham Trent University from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they hold certifications in PRINCE2\u00ae Practitioner in Project Management from APMG International and Project Finance from Amsterdam Institute of Finance.
