Amanda (Pontier) Horn possesses extensive experience in community development and environmental management. Previous roles included co-owning Horn Enterprises Pty Ltd., where Amanda specialized in sustainable farming practices, and serving as office manager at Horn Boerdery Pty Ltd., focusing on marketing, logistics, and financial reporting for farming operations. Amanda has also worked in conservation and research as a senior conservation facilitator and ecoguide, as well as holding various research and teaching positions at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. An educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Nature Conservation and partial completion of a Master's degree in Botany/Plant Biology.
