Kevin Keenoo has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Kevin currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources (Park Support & Special Projects) at African Parks Network, where they provide support in executing the organization's human resources strategy. Prior to this role, they served as a Regional Human Resources Director for Garamba National Park and Chinko Protected Area, where they developed HR policies and standards, monitored compliance, and provided advice and support to employees.

Kevin Keenoo has a strong educational background in human resources and management. Kevin obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resources Management from the University of Mauritius between 2022 and 2025. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Studies from the same university from 2012 to 2014. Kevin also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management from the University of Mauritius, completed from 2007 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Kevin Keenoo is a Certified Job Evaluator, obtained from Korn Ferry in 2018. Kevin also has a Certificate of Higher Education in Law from the University of London, completed from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they have attended the Royal College of Port Louis for their Cambridge International Advanced Level in Drafting and Design Technology/Technician, General. In terms of further professional development, Kevin Keenoo became a Human Rights Consultant through the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights in 2022 and completed a certification in the use of various tests from Central Test in 2019.
