Bernard has over 10 years of experience in digital learning, training and ICT. The digital learning experience spans around various LMS systems including Moodle and Blackboard. He also has extensive experience on the Students Management Systems and other ERP systems.

Benard is currently pursuing a PhD at KCA University in information systems. Prior to APHRC, he served as the ICT Manager and Technical Director with PAC University. His achievements include moving most of the Universities operations online, helping the University conduct E-learning capacity building for 36 Universities across East Africa. He has also spearheaded a project to ensure that staff and students migrate to online Learning.
